I forgot my wallet password. Can support reset it?
No. Terenval support cannot access or reset your local wallet vault. Restore only with your own recovery information in an official, trusted build.
Can support reverse a transaction?
No. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and are not controlled by Terenval.
Will support ask me to share my screen?
Never reveal your recovery phrase, private keys, or password on screen. Treat any request for those secrets as suspicious.
How do I report a suspicious Terenval copy?
Send the URL, store listing, or screenshot to support@terenval.com without opening unknown downloads.
Where will the official extension be listed?
After approval, terenval.com will link directly to the verified Chrome Web Store listing.
What is the response time?
Response time depends on request volume and severity. Security reports are prioritized, but no fixed response time is promised during pre-release.
